Every time I get sent an unboxing video from a customer, I stop what we’re doing and watch it.

Seeing someone open their tornado go bag, hearing their thoughts, watching them realize “okay… I’m actually prepared now”—that hits me every single time.

No plan. No bag. No system. Just chaos and the sick feeling of knowing I should’ve done more beforehand.
